If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms.
Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify BibleSoul immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. BibleSoul will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
BibleSoul reserves the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel services at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where users violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the community, or attempt to misuse the platform.
User Content & Conduct
BibleSoul allows users to post, share, and publish content including prayer requests, testimonials, comments, forum posts, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant BibleSoul a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display it in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
You agree that your use of the Service will be consistent with the spirit and teaching of the Christian faith and will not include: content that is sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; spam or unsolicited commercial messages; misinformation, false doctrine presented as official BibleSoul teaching; content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others; or any activity that violates applicable law.
BibleSoul reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms. We operate a faith-first community moderation policy and rely on community reporting alongside our moderation team to maintain a safe, edifying environment for all believers.
Bible Content & Intellectual Property
Bible translations available through the BibleSoul platform are licensed from their respective copyright holders. The King James Version (KJV) is in the public domain. Other translations such as the NIV, ESV, and NLT are used under licence, and their use is subject to the terms established by their respective publishers. You may quote Bible passages for personal study and non-commercial religious purposes in accordance with fair use guidelines.
All original content created by BibleSoul — including but not limited to course materials, devotionals, graphics, logos, software, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of BibleSoul Ministries Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BibleSoul proprietary content without prior written authorisation.
If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact our legal team at legal@biblesoul.org with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We take intellectual property concerns seriously and will respond within 30 days.
Privacy & Data Protection
BibleSoul is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, and comparable legislation in other jurisdictions. Our full Privacy Policy, available at biblesoul.org/privacy, explains in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
We collect information necessary to provide the Service, personalise your experience, and communicate with you about platform updates, devotional content, and ministry opportunities. We will never sell your personal data to third parties, and we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@biblesoul.org.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to these practices, please discontinue use of the Service and contact us to arrange deletion of your account and associated data.
Prayer Requests & Testimonials
Prayer requests submitted through BibleSoul are shared with our prayer community with the intent of providing encouragement and intercession. By submitting a prayer request, you consent to it being shared within the BibleSoul prayer network. You may submit requests anonymously if you prefer privacy. Prayer requests should not include sensitive personal information about third parties without their consent.
Testimonials submitted to BibleSoul undergo a review process before publication. By submitting a testimony, you grant BibleSoul the right to publish and share it across our platform and social media channels, unless you specifically request confidentiality. All published testimonials represent the personal experiences of individual users and do not constitute theological claims or official BibleSoul doctrine.
BibleSoul does not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes and is not liable for decisions made based on prayer responses, advice given in prayer rooms, or testimonials shared on the platform. We encourage all users to seek guidance from qualified church leaders and pastoral counsellors for serious life decisions.
Donations & Financial Transactions
BibleSoul accepts voluntary donations to support our ministry operations, content development, and global outreach programs. All donations are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. By making a donation, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the funds are lawfully obtained.
Donations to BibleSoul Ministries Inc. may or may not be tax-deductible depending on your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor to determine the deductibility of your charitable contributions under local law. BibleSoul will provide a donation receipt upon request, which may be used for tax purposes where applicable.
In the event of a processing error or duplicate charge, please contact billing@biblesoul.org within 30 days. BibleSoul does not offer refunds on donations except in cases of demonstrable processing errors. Premium subscription fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the user has not materially used the premium features during that period.
Third-Party Links & Services
The BibleSoul platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and services that are not owned or controlled by BibleSoul. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. BibleSoul has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites, products, or services. You acknowledge and agree that BibleSoul is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.
Church partner profiles and external ministry links are provided as a service to the community. BibleSoul does not vet the theological positions of all partner organisations and recommends that users exercise discernment when engaging with external ministries listed on our platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BibleSoul expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
BibleSoul does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service, including Bible commentary, theological study materials, or community-submitted content. The Service is designed to supplement, not replace, active participation in a local church community and pastoral oversight.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits BibleSoul's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BibleSoul Ministries Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
In no event shall BibleSoul's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to BibleSoul in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and form an essential basis of the agreement between you and BibleSoul. The limitations apply even if BibleSoul has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, BibleSoul's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
BibleSoul reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice through an in-app notification, email to registered users, or a prominent announcement on the BibleSoul homepage.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly — we aim to communicate changes clearly and to preserve the trust our community places in us.
For archived versions of previous Terms of Service, or if you have questions about changes that have been made, please contact legal@biblesoul.org. We are committed to transparency and will always explain the reasons behind significant policy updates.
